'Excellent location for a USC visit. This home is slightly east of Main Street in downtown COLA but a very short walk. Also less than 2 miles from Colonial Life Arena, The Horseshoe, and central USC campus. Even though this is not really in a "neighborhood" - we felt very safe. Fully-stocked with all you need in the kitchen, bath, and bedrooms. Streaming-access TV is a plus to use with personal log-in. Communication with owners is quick and detailed. I was never concerned about the check-in...

'So much to say but I'll stick with letting the owner know a welcome manual may be necessary for Wifi information along with general house amenities and how to work them. Not enough linen was available. No ice maker. Verbal communication with owner was a bit stressful. Try to cater to your guest, not your culture.'

'Our host was amazing not only as a host but as a great person , she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, my husband has a bad back soon as she found out she moved him a special chair in our room. the place is so clean and inviting i would tell anyone to go and enjoy .. the pool is clean and warm.
