'My 2 adult kids and I stayed for 5-days and the place was quiet, comfortable and close to many attractions. I did not give 5 stars on the condition, because the yard needs attention, and is overgrown. Other than that, I would definitely stay again! '

'We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!'

'Great location in walking distance to a lot of popular tourist areas- we would walk to the monorail station at the Space Needle with our kids and take it to Pike Market. Great weekend stay before our cruise, laundry (stackable) was a plus and convenience store across the street for waters and such. Restaurants all around, as well. Loved it. '

'The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that '

'The place was in a fantastic location. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was a great option for bringing our family and being able to wash clothes and cook meals. Our host was great with communication and very kind. We couldn’t recommend this place more. '

'Great location. Walking distance to Pike's Market and other retail shops. Kitchen was well stocked. The building is older and was amazingly quiet for its location. It has a beautiful courtyard that the apartment balcony overlooked. We were met by the property owner who gave us keys and walked us through the apartment as well as showing us the exercise room and pool. Great stay! '
