'There was no back up toilet paper no hand soap. There was a glob of hair on the carpet by the bed. There was an animal scratching in the wall at night behind my bed. My room was 104, next to the reception fireplace.
I went to the reception desk 2 times, called out and no one ever came. This was about 9am and 11am.'

'The hotel is located in a neighborhood, near access roads, shops and businesses.
The rooms are very comfortable, clean and modern with lots of extra's. Good breakfast and service.'

'The housekeeping is every other day. This was not advertised. My room was not cleaned much to my surprise. And I arrived at 11.56 with a handicapped person and the front desk clerk said I would have to wait until 12.15 to check. I had to ask for the manager on duty to get a room. The staff is terrible. Not up to Hilton standards.'
