'I stayed in an third floor room that was clean and comfy with the air conditioner running for awhile upon arrival and again before I slept. Very authentically Victorian. Beautiful garden beds. Neighborhood was quiet after 10p I'd add photos, but app is not Android friendly.'

'This lovely place sits On the water and has views of Mt. Rainier from every room. We had a wonderful peaceful stay and would certainly be back! If you are a water-sports fan the private dock, canoe and paddle boards will make you happy!'

'I stayed for 6 days to visit friends and relax. The space is very large for 1 person and can easily accommodate more. No noise from downstairs at all. Very close to dining and shopping.There are a couple of windows in each room without curtains. If you are light sensitive, especially in the summer, you may want to bring an eye mask.The window air conditioners in each bedroom are excellent. You can set a temperature and set it to auto. 'We stayed for 2 1/2 weeks during a remodel in our own home. Aidan was extremely communicative and helpful with whatever we needed. As a previous review stated, this is a fairly new listing and there are still some minor things to work out. But overall this place worked well to accommodate our work from home needs. We found the neighborhood to be quiet and peaceful for walking the dogs. And the location is fantastic-close to downtown, the waterfront, and Point Defiance! Wish we could have enjoyed...
