'This property is bigger than youd think. If you rent the whole house its essentially two houses in one. The kitchen was well appibted. Its extremely open and the basemnet and porch are super fun. Its a but of a steep hill to the dock, but still only a short walk. '

'The location is beautiful and the house is nice. It's unfortunate that it has not been cleaned well. There were dark hairs on the sheets of both beds, a lot of the windows were dirty with smudges/smears and there were multiple areas that need dusting and vacuuming. There are some safety hazards as well like loose bricks on the bottom of the steps. With a really good deep clean and regular maintenance this could easily be a five star stay.
