'Ok…So…getting in was EXTREMELY frustrating! The door would NOT open, key pad did not function, very corroded. Took several attempts to communicate with facility. Most fortunately, wonderful resident 2 doors away helped us with getting attention. Once in, the musty smell was overwhelming. Dehumidifier was non functional.
