'The hotel was located in a neighborhood where there was homeless people sleeping on the street. So the shops nearby were not good and the shops that were there could early due to the crime. However if you walked a couple of blocks down you would find a nice area full of beautiful buildings mostly businesses like banks but not too many shops and restaurants. '

'The view was def obstructed but could see the ocean in between buildings .
The condo itself is beautifully redone and very clean . Only 2 towels so I found that disappointing , there is a W/D for $8.00 on the floor to wash when needed . Disappointed in no pool or bbq but it rained anyway the whole time . Lots of extras like beach chairs , umbrellas and even a lunch box that was very handy if we would have had any sun . It was a beautiful condo . '
