'The staff was polite and welcoming upon arrival. The facilities appeared clean and reasonably well kept. The complimentary breakfast was extremely helpful and well done every morning. There is a place for customers to sit outside and even a place for customers to smoke in a different area outside away from the non-smokers that wanted to sit outside. 'One of the better chain hotels we've stayed in. My husband finds it hard to sleep and he had the best night's sleep in years. The bathroom was a bit small but the bench space is big and so was the room. The staff were also very friendly. Highly recommended.'

'The front entrance was shut down due to construction and they are updating. This is very needed. Smoky all over. Only upside was the room, it was neat and clean. Casino had one very small area that was smoke free.'

'I had 2 rooms, one was a king which was ok besides the toilet running all night, but the other was horrible. It was 2 double beds and the room smelled horrible. The TV was unplugged and it's not the type you can just plug in. The night stand had outlets built into it but as soon as we plugged in our charging cable for our phone it sparked so I had to unplug the whole table so nothing would catch fire. Everytime I would call to front desk he would tell me he was busy with a customer.'

'Stay here if you want to hear intimate moments of your neighbors waking you through the night. I'm not a prude. The walls and doors are paper thin. Dirty entry to building.Dirty halls, Dirty room. Moldy shower. Yellow gunk, hair and God knows what else thriving behind the bathroom door. The elevator cried with every move, beat up, wallpaper ripped, chunks of paint knocked off the sad walls. The whole place smelled like dog pee. This needs torn down or shut down and sanitized and rebuilt. Gross.'
