'Perfect location for our overnight stay after visiting Cadbury World - just a 3 minute drive with free parking. We had a triple room with 3 single beds with plenty of room for us all. Room was clean although a couple of the towels had stains on them. Restaurant unfortunately wasn’t serving their regular dinner menu only a limited bbq so we went elsewhere for dinner. Breakfast was lovely and worth the money before checking out. All staff we encountered were nice and polite - would 100% stay...

'We would definitely stay at the Loopy Shrew again. Great value for money. Our room and bathroom were very clean, quiet and comfortable. We heard nothing from the pub below. The location is great, with very short walks to beautiful areas of town. There was a lovely array of breakfast choices included for free with the room charge; we had vegetarian eggs Benedict, coffee/tea & juice. 'good place, quite old and it looks it, but if you like being in a historic place it is great. It however has some rooms that are really uncomfortable. The place is a bit of a maze. We asked for another room and got a much better one overlooking the street.'

'Great one night stay. The room was lovely and the bed was super comfortable. I also loved the breakfast hamper in the room - the hotel doesn’t do a formal breakfast, however a very good hamper is provided in your room with granola, dried fruit mix, cornflakes, croissants and apples. There’s also tea/coffee, and milk and yogurt in the fridge. I thought this was a great idea and it was all included in the cost of the room. I would definitely stay there again. '

'wij waren de eerste Nederlanders in dit oude maar comfortabele hotel in een mooie streek van Engeland. wij waren op doorreis, maar een paar dagen daar doorbrengen lijkt ons oké.'
