'A fabulous clean affordable well equipped and centrally located unit with modern convenient updates. Easy safe walks to several friendly neighborhood restaurants and coffee shops. A five minute walk to the Tacoma General Hospital campus. A wonderful informative and communicative friendly host. Highly recommend and definitely will return in the future. '

'There is no A/C in this unit. Only a box fan that needs to be replaced. I had to put it In The open window at night to cool off the unit because it was hot. Other than that, it was excellent.'
