'It was a bit tricky to find since it is hidden behind a hotel. Google maps took us to the right parking lot (Waterfront Inn) - just go all the way to the back. 'We had a fantastic stay at the Bear’s Den for Labor Day week/end 2025. The owners have done a wonderful job of making this a fantastic up north getaway in the woods. It was so peaceful and relaxing while also having all you need in terms of modern amenities. There were 7 of us plus a dog and we were all cozy and comfortable. 'Loved the location and the views from this lake front cottage. Plenty of room for my husband, me and my two dogs. One thing to keep in mind is that there is no a/c. We have had some pretty hot steamy weather this year and so I was a bit concerned that would be an issue, but luckily for us it did cool down a bit and it wasn't a problem.
