'Les photos sont attirantes mais la réalité est toute autre. C´est un très grand hotel avec de multiples batiments. Tout est assez ancien et très moyennement entretenu. Notre suite était grande mais pas très propre, partout des carpettes anciennes et pleines de taches. La chambre dans le batiment 6 etait terriblement bruyante car il y a à chaque étage une piece avec des machines des airconditionnés qui produisent un bruit effrayant jour et nuit. 'We had a great time - everything we needed in one place so many options for dining, comfortable, clean rooms and a beautiful pool area with plenty of seating. Super fun for a long weekend. The staff was very customer focused. Would highly recommend.'

'Dit heeft niets met Hard Rock te maken, behalve dan dat er een gitaar voor de deur staat. Vooral casino, geen hardrock food en 1 fastfoodafhaal open van 6 restaurants. Ongeïnteresseerd personeel, zeker in de rockshop. Niet meer voor ons.'

'Brick oven pizza from Aqua, at the pool was delicious. Our server, Jillian was very efficient, professional and friendly! Definitely an asset to Treasure Bay! Also, the front desk clerk was very helpful and friendly as well. Unfortunately, I don't recall her name.'

'We had a wonderful time from the moment we checked in. Jan, the hostess who check us in, was so sweet and accommodating. I mentioned we came for my husbands birthday and she gifted us with two complimentary drink coupons. Jan also took the time to guide us to the new Hollydeck, and might I say it’s beautiful.
