'This condo was gorgeous! It's perfect for a couple and just as great if you have kids! Everything was clean, there is a big tv in the living room and one in each bedroom. The fireplace ads a romantic touch and the balcony is great to barbeque or just chill on. The view on the balcony is of the pool and Jacuzzi which are both clean and a nice treat. Boulder bay is walking distance for fishing or a picnic. The location is perfect! I called the host, (Mario), the day we arrived. Very nice...

'Didn't need to use our car to get anywhere. Everything walking distance in village. Our 5yr old twin grandsons loved the pool and later feeding the ducks at the lake. Our adult kids loved the weather and lake in the village. Condo was clean except for some big cob webs hanging in the skylight light. '

There was plenty of space for the 5 of us and it was easy to break up our two groups between the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms. Location was convenient and we enjoyed Big Bear's 4th of July fireworks from the neighborhood's green space/dock. Condo is a quick 5-10 minute drive to the main village and an easy drive to other points of interest. Parking was pretty easy.Two main downsides to this...
