'Place is a gem! Our two teen boys loved the pool and foosball table, and we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and beautiful well thought out architecture. The home was calm, cozy, and full of fun high-tech touches. When Big Bear lost power, our host even dropped off a generator for us—such thoughtful hospitality. A warm and memorable stay!'

'Soooo we arrived on day 1 to find the cabin hadn't been cleaned after the last occupants. Mildew towels on the carpet, etc. After a series of calls, the cleaning crew came in the evening. Soooo on day 2 we returned from a fun day of activities to find a very nice young family had moved in and were occupying the cabin. Yes, double-booked. After another series of calls and texts, they were relocated. Sooo on day 3 we were told the cabin owner was stopping by to get his boat key while we were out...

'The property was clean and had plenty of room for our family of 5. The location is very convenient being next to Snow Summit and a short distance to the village. We had to wait about 45 minutes for the front desk to arrive to check in due to them coming from another property and the holiday traffic.'

'Everything was as described. Location was excellent.'

'We had a little trouble finding the property, other than that our stay was wonderful.'

'Convenient and clean. The spa was very clean, they often aren’t well maintained at places. It was a nice surprise. The oven didn’t work, but there’s a toaster oven. There’s a pool, that was a nice surprise as well.'

'The property was not as advertised. - cobwebs everywhere! Upon entry, I walked into multiple cobwebs. The place was dusty and looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time. - both patio decks were filthy. They were so dirty that they were unusable. Especially the grill. - The house was extremely hot! Both upstairs and downstairs were like a furnace. Even with opening doors and windows, it was an oven. Do not come here, especially in the summer. -Towels were dirty with dust marks on...

'We stayed for 2 nights for my husband's birthday. The condo is quite lovely, with a perfect balance of rustic wood and forest/lake decor to remind you that you're in the mountains, with modern spaces that provide great comfort. While we had a couple of hiccups with the reservation and check in process, response to our emails and phone call was always fast and the issues resolved quickly. We definitely would stay here in the future and are actually eyeing a stay in the spring.'
