'Loved the location and the view!'

'Double edged sword with this property. Great location-our unit could easily see the Beach but it was above Shelby’s bar and grill and on the corner of a very busy intersection. So convenient to beach, restaurants and shopping but loud. The air conditioner really needs upgrading. There was a portable unit in the bedroom that was very loud. Ok for white noise and drowning out traffic but it wouldn’t stay on!'

'This listing is NOT an Apartment in a condo. It is a small master BEDROOM with a bathroom. SO MUCH is listed wrong about this. Its cluttered with too much for a small space. Not a private balconyNot a queen size bedNo kitchenette (mini fridge and appliances) NO dining area.The 3 pools are NOT located at the condo. They are all walkable distance.NOT ON THE BEACH AT ALL. You can not put "may as well be", when there is a street and a whole row of beach houses in between the condo and beach. No view...

'We recently stayed for 7 nights. While the location is convenient, we noticed several cleanliness issues. First, the air vents in the bathroom and living room appear to have significant mold growth - it was very disturbing and had we discovered the issue sooner into our stay, we likely would have left for a different rental.
