'Great resort! We loved the pool area, and the heated pool and lazy river were actually warm, which felt amazing during our chilly spring break. Perfect for a Texas spring break when the weather isn’t hot yet.'

'Shuttle to sea world was great! Rooms were ok but definitely not as clean as other hotels. Doors(entering room) have large gaps! Friendly staff!!!'

'Everything was amazing! We got a free upgrade when we got there. Only complaint is that you have to pay to park. Other than that everything was AMAZING! '

'Room was fully stocked & clean. Beds were ok...not too firm or soft..I slept fine which is hard to do when I'm not at home. Reception area was clean & quiet. Breakfast was decent for standard free breakfasts & was a clean area. I didnt use the pool but it was crystal clear. AF base was an easy drive & about 15 mins away. THE STAFF- they were the best part. They were the nicest ever, responsive & so helpful. Would definitely stay there again if in SA.'

'Everything was great including very good quality large bath towels. Not sure why you charge for parking when there is nothing around that would encroach on the properties parking spaces. Ok the parking was less than $5 but then why give out a bag with 2 waters in it at check in. How about free parking and no free water bottles!'

'The hotel provided my necessary needs. Breakfast was fantastic and the coffee hot. I would definitely stay there again, if in the area.'

'Good place friendly staff clean rooms. The only thing was that the showerhead did not dispense water with a lot of pressure, and it was a little noisy. Not enough to change rooms, but kind of an expectation that water dispenses with enough pressure to take a shower.'

'We had a nice day. The rooms were nice and clean. The receptionist was nice, considerate, friendly, and very helpful. The only damn thing I didn’t like is they don’t clean the rooms as often as they should what I mean by that is make the beds take out the trash. '

'The 1st thing is the breakfast was not what you would expect a a Best Western, it was below standard compared to All the the other BW'S, My room was ok the microwave licke as shut down with my food inside, that I had driven and 11/2 to get because we were on My Birthday vacation, we were on the 4th floor with no screen on the windows. Was disappointed in that hotel. The Staff was very nice they even brought me and my hubby a pizza. '
