'Clean and easy to park. Lots of variety for eating out and the staff are friendly. The rooms themself are dated and need an up date but they are clean and tidy. Beds are comfy. Solo traveller for work'

'Stay of two nights after first night, shower not working, left at 3.30am to assist a volunteer group and reported issue to reception, return 1.30am the next day & found no attention to shower issue at all. They very reluckantly gave axcess to another room only for use of shower. Very poor no apology.'

'Had difficulty with my 81 cm luggags as ramp is not accurate / no through entry. Though, I saw like a carrier but no english instructions. There is parking ramp but still you need a card to enter. Also, why not leave appropriate consumables depending on the stay duration instead of as need, write and drop basis. Why not add info/request on your website for seamless digital access. 'I stayed here once before and in my memory I was pretty happy back then. The room that I had now was not in a good condition, dirty walls that needed painting and also the furniture was dirty and have a lot of stains. Also housekeeping could do a better job as it was far from spotless. Breakfast looked nice but not much healthy options. They do offer laundry service, but it is crazy expensive (more expensive than most five star hotels). Based on this stay, I will not return!'
