'Staff was friendly, no elevator so they helped me bring my luggage up the stairs. A little confusing as you check in at the bar, not the sign saying accomodation, but easy nonetheless. Clean bathrooms and bedrooms, AC worked great and kept the room at the perfect temp, tv in room afding more amenities, perfect for solo travel.'

'The room itself was adequate. But this property isn’t very nice. The pictures make it look a lot nicer than it is. The front desk is an afterthought next to a bar in a casino. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. But the property was very dated and run down. '

'I stayed here once before and in my memory I was pretty happy back then. The room that I had now was not in a good condition, dirty walls that needed painting and also the furniture was dirty and have a lot of stains. Also housekeeping could do a better job as it was far from spotless. Breakfast looked nice but not much healthy options. They do offer laundry service, but it is crazy expensive (more expensive than most five star hotels). Based on this stay, I will not return!'

'Very good hotel accommodation. Friendly and helpful staff. Having a lift to the first floor was great. My room faces the main road so there was a bit of traffic noise but that didn’t bother me too much. If vehicle noise bothers you it could be a problem. Plenty of food options nearby and there’s a Woolies across the road. The train station is very close if you need public transport. '

'We arrived early with the intention of storing our luggage and venturing into Sydney (we had a car but we took the train to avoid Sydney parking fees: the train station was less than a 5 minute walk away and the train took us straight to Circular Quay, so perfect) but our room was already ready so we got a free early check in which was lovely.
