'We arrived early with the intention of storing our luggage and venturing into Sydney (we had a car but we took the train to avoid Sydney parking fees: the train station was less than a 5 minute walk away and the train took us straight to Circular Quay, so perfect) but our room was already ready so we got a free early check in which was lovely. 'Probably the best , most comfortable bed that I’ve ever slept on. Clean room , large and bright. Convenient location directly across from the train station. Lots of bakeries ,cafes and restaurants near , oh and grocery stores. We’ve stayed there twice and I’d stay again '

'I stayed here once before and in my memory I was pretty happy back then. The room that I had now was not in a good condition, dirty walls that needed painting and also the furniture was dirty and have a lot of stains. Also housekeeping could do a better job as it was far from spotless. Breakfast looked nice but not much healthy options. They do offer laundry service, but it is crazy expensive (more expensive than most five star hotels). Based on this stay, I will not return!'
