'This is our 2nd visit here and primarily chosen for location, historical significance and cleanliness. Located directly in the hub of beautiful Annapolis, it is easy walking and convenient to all shops, restaurants and the harbor. The rooms are nicely decorated with all the amenities needed for a short stay. The tiny bathroom is much warmer than the room but this can be solved by leaving the door open to allow the cold AC in. Of note, the dehumidifier can fill up quickly but shuts off...

'The rooms are rather old and in need of a refurb: blinds on window (in two separate rooms) did not work, and in both rooms the safe was broken. I had to ask on three separate occasions to have house keeping clean the room and replace towels etc. House keeping eventually cleaned my room on the 4th day, despite the first request on day 2. This is not a low cost hotel, and I expected better. I would not stay here again'

'Had a nice view of the pool from the third floor and some of the Marina on the right. Simple breakfast consisted packaged muffins, danish, yogurt and fresh fruit set out on the bar. There are a few tables in the intimate lobby/bar/reception area as well as Keurig coffee or water for tea. Free bottled water was also available. Staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable.'

'Staff was not very helpful. I had a weekend stay of 2 days. I arrived to my room that house keeping did not touch and clearly was dirty from last persons stay. I was promised the room the next day and was given a room the first night of 2 beds(my purchase was a king suite). The next day staff had no clue. The front desk then said to return at 11 and I will get the room. I returned at 10:45 to be sure and she informed me that the manager said there is nothing they can do I will have to stay with...

'Very affordable and much better than the hotels in the area in this price range. Free parking, good service, comfortable and clean rooms. I will stay here again.'
