'When we arrived people were still checking out because of the problem with the elevators. So we have to wait for the room to be cleaned. We booked a handicap room but was giving a standard room I called down to the desk and they did move us to a handicap room. The Restaurant was closed for remodeling. One of the two elevators was not working. The hallways were hot. The a/c was working in our room just fine. It could be a nice place to stay. The location is great for someone that wants to shop...

'The room was relatively clean. It was dusty and there were ants crawling on my bed. Not sure where they came from but saw at least 3 of them less than 24 hour period'

'Breakfasts were ok. Bar needs to be opened Earlier maybe 3:00. Housekeeping was sadly lacking. We stayed 5 nights. On the 3rd day we had to ask for towels and trash removal since household had not been there since check in. They came with towels and emptied trash, that’s all. Never had clean towels after that. Our, bathroom was never cleaned, no new beverage glasses provided at all. Bed never made entire stay. Informed front desk at check out. Clerk was nice and apologized.'

'Very nice room -- really a suite with two rooms, a closing door between them, and two work-ready desks. Our only complaint was noise. The building seemed to rattle and roll at the slightest provocation: the AC fan was very noisy, we could hear showers from other rooms, and even the breakfast room floor shook as folks walked across it or machinery turned on and off.'

'Room accommodations were excellent, clean, well equipped and served. Breakfast was OUTSTANDING!! It was well supplied and had a wonderful variety. The service people kept all the offering full and available. On the down side, the hotel advertised happy hour, 5-7pm, daily, but on Wednesday and Thursday of our stay, the main desk staff stated that the Happy Hour staff didn't show up. Then they just shrugged it off, as if that was a normal occurrence??'

'The rooms are rather old and in need of a refurb: blinds on window (in two separate rooms) did not work, and in both rooms the safe was broken. I had to ask on three separate occasions to have house keeping clean the room and replace towels etc. House keeping eventually cleaned my room on the 4th day, despite the first request on day 2. This is not a low cost hotel, and I expected better. I would not stay here again'

'The staff, especially Teresa and Stephanie were extremely helpful. Teresa helped explain the pet fee issue. We stayed 6 nights and we're charged a 100 per cleaning fee as a one time charge and 70 more in pet fees. Make sure you know the total amount you will be charged for your pet. This was adjusted down for me by Teresa to an acceptable amount but was never explained when I made two phone calls prior to my stay. Furthermore, don't expect to speak to the G. Manager, Mr. Gallow.
