'The rooms are rather old and in need of a refurb: blinds on window (in two separate rooms) did not work, and in both rooms the safe was broken. I had to ask on three separate occasions to have house keeping clean the room and replace towels etc. House keeping eventually cleaned my room on the 4th day, despite the first request on day 2. This is not a low cost hotel, and I expected better. I would not stay here again'

'Room accommodations were excellent, clean, well equipped and served. Breakfast was OUTSTANDING!! It was well supplied and had a wonderful variety. The service people kept all the offering full and available. On the down side, the hotel advertised happy hour, 5-7pm, daily, but on Wednesday and Thursday of our stay, the main desk staff stated that the Happy Hour staff didn't show up. Then they just shrugged it off, as if that was a normal occurrence??'

'The room was relatively clean. It was dusty and there were ants crawling on my bed. Not sure where they came from but saw at least 3 of them less than 24 hour period'

'One elevator didn’t work and the other elevator was unreliable. The restaurant is closed. The hallway and rooms feel more like a 1970’s Best Western - well worn and not without a musty odor. The HVAC in room 518 is either off or cooling the room to 65 degrees (nothing in the middle). It’s an older property and ,other than scraping it, I don’t know how you could correct all of the issues.'

'The front desk assistants were very helpful and friendly. The AC in our room was not working adequately. When we arrived the temperature was set on 70 but the room temperature was 75°. I lowered the temperature to 62° to cool the room off and had planned to increase it to 68°. The room temperature did not get lower than 73°. I had the HVAC personnel come to our room twice in two days. Initially, the air felt cooler coming out of the vent while he was there but within twenty minutes coolness...

'Clean and nice but bathroom is very small. Breakfast was good but they ran out of several item including auto pancake machine which was a bummer. Overall very good'

'The room was clean and adequately big, the breakfast was good and parking was free, The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were too high for us. The AC unit was very noisy and didn’t run well. My husband cranked up the temperature, so the AC wouldn’t run so much and we could sleep. This, unfortunately, made me feel very hot and sweaty and I still couldn’t sleep much.'
