'A true hidden gem close to downtown shops and restaurants. The property was impeccably clean & the staff was very attentive. They also have a stocked whiskey bar and delicious pastry delights from a local baker. We stayed in the Presidential Suite and certainly were given the royal treatment! We will definitely return . On site parking is available for a chargeand there is a lot just 2 minutes away.'

'The property was immaculate! The room we stayed (Chase suite) was gorgeous!! The staff were so wonderful and helpful and the location was perfect. Loved everything about this property'

'Complimentary coffee was not offered in the morning. A definite no no'

'Charming and picturesque house steps from all of the best things about Annapolis.'

'The hotel is lovely and in an excellent Annapolis location. The hotel has 3 buildings in different locations. We walked several blocks to our building carrying our luggage, only to learn later at the front desk that they offer valet service. The outlets next to the bed did not work. The bathroom was clean, but discovered while showering that the soap dispenser was empty.'

'The rooms are rather old and in need of a refurb: blinds on window (in two separate rooms) did not work, and in both rooms the safe was broken. I had to ask on three separate occasions to have house keeping clean the room and replace towels etc. House keeping eventually cleaned my room on the 4th day, despite the first request on day 2. This is not a low cost hotel, and I expected better. I would not stay here again'

'Staff was Great, Great Location. Nice Restaurant Bartender was great!'

'Room was clean when we got there. We stayed for two nights and the room never got cleaned and towels never exchanged. Contacted the front desk and was told it would be taken care of. It was not. Walls are very thin. Can hear people in rooms next door. Can make for an interesting stay. Location was great. Valet guys were very helpful. Great to have an onsite bar.'

'It is a lovely romantic boutique hotel.'

'An absolutely wonderful stay. Felt completely at home and comfortable. This was a great stay. Tiffany is a real professional. Everyone will feel right at home, and she will make great recommendations to give you all of the local favorites to make sure you experience the best the area has to offer. There are beautiful views of the river from all rooms in the house. This is a great location to adventure in Maryland, Delaware and DC. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!'

'This was an amazing stay even though it was only for one night. The staff were wonderful, room was clean and comfortable and amenities were lovely. Breakfast wasn’t that great, because I am not a fan of liquid eggs and they didn’t taste great, but I was able to eat the amazing waffle and sausages. Also, the coffee was quality compared to other hotel coffee I have experienced!!! Would love to stay there again!'

'The staff was very helpful & accommodating when we expressed our concerns. We had booked this stay as an in between stop on our long vacation & mainly booked it because it had an indoor pool the kids could use for the few days in the middle. We also were unaware there is a parking fee of 8 dollars every night you stay. We did leave a night early simply because the pool was closed for the weekend. When we arrived it was closed & we were told it would be closed all weekend but was open around 9 at...

'This is the second time I’ve gone there. I’ve loved it the first time and came back again and picked the same hotel. This place serves a great breakfast. A lot of space and is clean. The staff are very accommodating to whatever you need. Thank you again Jamila'
