Mooi hotel, fantastisch ontbijt
Mooi hotel. Is iets verouderd, maar er wordt flink geinvesteerd om het op te knappen. Ligt tussen het vliegveld en de stad in. Als je dicht bij restaurants en district 1 wil zitten kun je beter een ander hotel boeken, anders perfect hotel.

Nice hotel. Is being renovated. No serious shops or restaurants, but free shuttle bus to district 1 (downtown).

Net hotel met vriendelijk personeel
Een zeer uitgebreide keus mbt ontbijt, ongevenaard en goede kwaliteit. De afvoer van de douche liep niet door. Na melding was dit binnen 30 minuten weer klaar. Goede matrassen met veel slaapcomfort. Zeer behulpzame staf, looen de extra stap.

Prima (groot) business hotel. We hebben hier twee nachten geslapen om HCM te bekijken. Hotel richt zich voor al op Chinese reizigers. Het geheel doet onpersoonlijk aan. Prima kamers.

Staff at Eastin were very friendly, they have a nice open lobby and nice outdoor pool. The rooms are also spacious. The hotel is a convenient location if you need to get to the airport, but if you are looking to sightsee I would recommend staying somewhere more central. I noticed a toy of sorts beside the bed under the bedside table that wasn’t ours, which makes me wonder how well the rooms are cleaned. Restaurants in the area are also much more expensive (and the places I tried less tasty) compared with places closer to Ben Thanh Market.

Dear Sunil,Thanks for your not so kind and misplaced feedback.I strongly have the impression your allegations are referring to the moment you were bringing a ‘’female guest’’ to your room without checking in and your subsequent rant as the kind request to check in your guest was not appreciated and you decided to bring your guest to your room anyway. Please be informed that all guests must be registered by law and out of safety regulations. That you allow the lady to be staying unregistered in the hotel shows irresponsible behaviour on your end.My Duty Manager and Security staff then had to come to your room and ask the lady to leave. Instead of accepting this you went on to embarrass yourself, as recorded on our CCTV.I would have been pleased to meet you and explain you our rules and regulations again. Instead you decided to leave without mentioning anything and place this feedback online.Please take your business somewhere else next time as we cannot accept your behaviour and allegations.RegardsLeon Dolle - General Manager

Hotel is good overall, but the building is kind of old for a 5 star hotel. I stay a lot of 5 star hotels but this hotel is by far just 4 star hotel. Staffs are friendly and informative. It’s closed to airport and restaurants. Oh, the bathtub with shower heads all in one is too high above the floor and it’s easy to fall when exit the bathtub.

Gute Lage an grosser Hauptstrasse, nahe zum Flughafen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer im 5. Stock war für Saigon recht ruhig, denn die Stadt schläft eigentlich nie! Grosses Fenster über die gesamt Zimmerbreite und Höhe gibt sogar noch etwas wie eine Aussicht. Den 5. Punkt vergeben wir nicht, da wir das Essen nicht im Hotel eingenommen haben und darum nicht bewerten können. Vielleicht das nächste Mal.

My second time staying at Eastin Grand in March 2023 (last time was in Sept 2022). I had the Premium Deluxe on the top floor (Club). The room was a bit larger than my previous Deluxe room - but the layout was not to my liking. The bathroom was also very tight to get in and out of the bathtub/shower combo. There was also nothing special about staying on the Club floor either. Will stick with the regular Deluxe room next time. Other than that, Eastin Grand is a beautiful and clean hotel very near to the TNS Airport. Breakfast has a good spread with a variety of Vietnamese and Western items. If you have a motorbike, parking is free in the back. Overall, a very nice hotel if you need to be close to the airport. For first-timers in HCMC, you may want to be near District 1 or District 3 instead.
