" Great hotel. Service was perfect. Only thing to add as a bad thing is that everything in the hotel is pretty expensive, even for hong kong. Food is great, staff is excellent and location perfect. I can recommend to everybody "

"Heel slecht hotel! Personeel is niet aardig. We kwamen van een heel lange vlucht vroeger als de check-in tijd. Ze wouden ons de kamer absoluut niet geven, we waren zo moe dat we in de lobby op de zetels hebben geslapen. Dit heeft het personeel absoluut niet gestoort! Heel onmenselijke service en hotel. Ik raad dit hotel ten zeerste af. 0/10 voor alles! Kamers waren niet eens proper en zijn aan renovatie toe! "

"The service was excellent, staff were consistently kind and attentive. The room was clean and very comfortable, though it felt somewhat dated. One concern was the bed guards, which weren’t very secure. Overall, a pleasant stay with just one minor drawback."
