Pensions in Hongkong SAR

'I stayed in Hotel MK for 4 nights. I booked a single room, which was the size of a shoebox. The room is really small, 6m2. But I was only in the hotel to sleep and shower. So it wasn't a problem at all. The room is clean, shower is okay. Location is perfect. Nearby MTR station Mongkok. Very nice people on the street. I walked alone to the hotel at 23:30 at night. Had no problem at all. I can recommend this hotel to anyone who is travelling alone. Had a really great time, and I would come back...

'It's Hongkong, it's like the "New York" of Asia. You're lucky if you get a room with a bed and your private bathroom. What was disappointing for me is that I booked my room thru Expedia, when I checked in, they charged me another HK100 dollars for some property charges and then another HK250 dollars for cleaning. Julian, the nice receptionist explained to me that the cleaning fee was for everyday cleaning. Well, we stayed for 6 days and they cleaned the room twice. And "clean" means, throw...

'The owner is super rude. Don't ever choose this place. Really unsafe experience. Don't believe the photos its a scam. Please avoid this hotel at any cost. Please please please!'

'Hotel is dirty. They didn't send me the information about how to get into the room, so I had to figure it out by myself. Building is old tho in a good location. Bedroom different from the photo, no windows, you can hear the room next to you and stinks. There's a lot to work on this residence. '
