'I stayed in Hotel MK for 4 nights. I booked a single room, which was the size of a shoebox. The room is really small, 6m2. But I was only in the hotel to sleep and shower. So it wasn't a problem at all. The room is clean, shower is okay. Location is perfect. Nearby MTR station Mongkok. Very nice people on the street. I walked alone to the hotel at 23:30 at night. Had no problem at all. I can recommend this hotel to anyone who is travelling alone. Had a really great time, and I would come back...

'The single was extremely small, which is par for HongKong. There's barely room to squeeze past the single bunk bed. No desk, no chair. Other than that, staff was very helpful. Location is perfect in the middle of town, within walking distance to the 3 light rail stations. There's also a very convenient bus stop just across the street for direct transport to the HK International Airport -- for a mere HK$17 (approx US$2.25). Cannot beat that at any other major airports of the world.'
