'Extremely bad hostel, Total rip off! Rooms extremely small. Bathroom and shower in one. But no space to shower or shit. The hostel is located in kowloon but in a crapy building. The Building Cant be Safe a lot of people are asking you to buy stuff. In the room the beds are tiny and unstable. No working safes or lockers are in the room. And dirty rooms! 'klein maar schoon met veel privacy vergeleken met andere hostel. zit deze midden in de drukste shopping-gebied van Kowloon.,maar fijn dat er ook weinig geluid overlast van de drukke straat . wel 1 min punt, als het druk is hebben ze per etage maar 2 liften ,dit weekend helaas trappen lopen naar de 7e etage met zware koffers ivm defecte liften.'

'The Hostel was extremely nice, clean, and friendly. Apple Hostel is inside the famous Chungking Mansions, which is a crazy but interesting place. You have to take an elevator to get in and out of the hostel.'

'Room was super small (although we expected as much) and we had barely enough room to put our minimal luggage (we only had hand carry baggage, so they were quite small), nor to stand around. The room did not smell good (urine? but was fine after a few flushes and 30 minutes of turning on the exhaust), and the sheet and pillow covers did not smell fresh (we covered the pillows with our extra shirts or shawls.
