'We stayed with our 5 month old baby and it was perfect. Loved the whole experience - the apartment was modern, very new and clean, with a minimalist design that felt homey, all the amenities were so stylish and thoughtful (the washer-dryer was super efficient and not too loud). good soundproofing in the bathrooms too so no issue about waking baby up. Super spacious, which was great - really felt like home for a week. The staff were very responsive and reliable. Location was wonderful, off a...

'Very clean. Staff was SOOO helpful and polite. Great stay for english speakers. Location is perfect for experiencing the city, Ueno park, Ameyoko market.'

'I like the modern retro Japanese ‘70’s vibe of this hotel very much. It is in quiet neighbourhood, but close to restaurants and a subway station. The wifi is also from the 70’s, unfortunatly.'

'Inchecken kan echt pas om 15:00 uur. Als je eerder bent kun je de bagage achterlaten en krijg je een volgnummer om rond 15:00 uur in te checken. De kussens zijn erg Japans, maar de kamer en voorzieningen zijn prima, het personeel vriendelijk opmerkzaam en behulpzaam.'

'very cool concept, with amazing eye for detail and excellent service'

'Excellent facility what is very close to the train station without sacrificing noise (hotel is a quiet sanctuary in the middle of Akihabara). Staff and amenities are A+!'

'We are a family of 4 persons, (2 teenagers). We made the reservation for 4 adults because we wanted 4 separate beds. Location: The hotel is about a 6 minute walk to Okachimachi Station on the JY line. SUPER convenient if you plan to see a lot of the popular spots in Tokyo. It's also a 5 minute walk from a Lawsons, Family Mart or several 7-11's for a convenient snack or drink or meal! Also, a Parco is across the street and there is a grocery store in the basement and a bunch of bento boxes you...

'Having Laundry was very helpful.'

'Amazing stay. One of the finest hotels I have stayed in so far. Very very spacious room. Washer and dryer included. Very handy on a 3 week trip. Daughter enjoyed the pool. Got a free upgrade as well. I would recommend this to everyone. '

'Het was een fijn verblijf. Kamers zijn schoon, ligging is centraal nabij het station Ueno en meerdere metrolijnen. Kamers zijn wat krapper dan het lijkt. Het bed is heerlijk zacht. Het ontbijt zou ik voor de prijs overslaan, vanwege het beperkte aanbod.'

'Hotel is in a fantastic location with great amenities. The public bath was a lifesaver after long days in hot and humid Tokyo. Staff was very helpful with forwarding our luggage. Rooms are small but manageable for a couple and the under bed storage helps. Beds were comfy. My husband and I would definitely stay here again on our next trip!'
