'Parking was easy, and there was an air conditioner/ heater to adjust the temperature and windows that actually opened! The staff was friendly!'

'I stayed in two different rooms one was 2 Queens and the other was King. Both rooms were clean. The Double Queens had a view of their Game room which was pretty. My favorite part of The Raddison was the restaurant Benvenutos, the food was great and a reasonable price.'

'The room was not very clean. Didn’t look like anyone had vacuumed behind the beds and end table in a long time. Carpet was old and also was not vacuumed next to the walls or furniture. The room had an old sitting chair which didn’t fit in the room and was very worn out with what looked like paint or plaster on it. The bathroom floor also had paint on it. Shower curtain needs to be replaced. Furniture is old and outdated,definitely an older hotel which is fine but needs to be updated. The pool...

'Stayed here 2 different times I booked one time for queen bed and one time for king bed room somehow ended up getting the same room both times. Another thing was the first time I stayed me and my partner went to the stores when we came back there was ants that looked like they were coming from a corner of the wall we thought this was a one time thing until it happened the second time there '

'Nice room. Great breakfast. Loved the waffles! Yum! Service was good. The smell of chlorine for the pool was overwhelming when we checked in. Overall a good stay.'

'Breakfast was fine nothing special. Staff was nice enough. The building condition itself was quite poor and much more rundown then the listing oictures looked. There was rust on the mirror and in the shower and overall just kind of gross how rundown it was. '

'Nothing special. The property needs an overhaul. A place to sleep for workers is the niche. As with most hotels of this brand, the desk worker is somewhere else upon arrival. Expect a wait. Did not use the breakfast so cant comment. The refrigerator was the cube like we used in a 1990's dirm'

'Beautiful property. LOVELY staff. Fantastic restaurant with the most professional and welcoming and graceful bartender/waiter. Amazing value over all for such a sprawling room in such a pretty hotel. So much love has gone into the Retlaw and we'll be back soon! '

'The room was very nice and staff were wonderful. In all honesty I would not recommend staying there when it is really cold. the room was 42 when we arrived and She had to bring in 2 electric heaters to bring room temperature up to 68. But if you like historic like we do it's beautiful'
