'Schone kamer, altijd verse handdoeken, personeel van het ontbijt restaurant is aardig en hardwerkend. Ontbijt was uitgebreid, genoeg keuze (ook lactose/glutenvrije opties). Personeel aan balie is behulpzaam maar kon vriendelijker.'

'The location is perfect, a 5-minute walk from the metro station, and plenty of cafes nearby for a nice breakfast, as well as small supermarkets for a quick grab. The sound isolation, as many reviews say, is indeed not great, but if you're not a light sleeper it's fine. What I find very inconvenient is that small household items are missing. It has a kitchen, but no soap and sponge or tissues/wipes included, you have to get those yourself. There is also no water cooker. Basic coffee and tea bags...

'Niks negatief. Mijn zus kwam me halen aan de luchthaven en vond ik jammer dat ze effe niet naar de kamer met me mocht om uit te pakken (ze ging niet blijven slapen) ze hadden gezegd dat het voor veiligheid was, ma okay. Voor de rest was alles okay, the personeel, de kamer, de badkamer alles goed'

'This hotel is a great location to Sants station which is a hub for all locations and close to metro to get into Barcelona, Staff were super friendly and helpful, room was comfortable and clean and AC was excellent. Reception staff are really lovely and also housekeeping. Would definitely stay again. Mercadona is also 3 minutes walk and there is a small supermarket a few doors down from the hotel for essentials. Plus some nice restaurants within a stones throw. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.'
