'We arrived in the middle of a severe thunderstorm. The rain continued the days we were there. The cabin access road washed out. I contacted Theresa and within a half an hour she had opened her private gate for us to gain access to the highway. Wonderful communication, wonderful environment, super cozy and clean The vibe is one of being alone in the middle of a beautiful hardwood forest. The water feature is natural. The hot tub is perfect. I can’t say enough about how much I love this place.'

'The home was very nice. As described in the listing. The driveway is quite rough but not a deterrent. The yard is well kept. The home is very spacious. At night it is very dark (my 5 year old is afraid of the dark but she did fine). The only problem I had was the beds are very firm. The home owner does have squishy mattress covers that were helpful! Communication was great everything labeled and notes posted to help with any questions!'

'Lovely place to stay just outside Hot Springs! You have a view of the mountains, and yet it's only about a minute drive to downtown. We stayed in the Magnolia Suite which we thoroughly enjoyed. It's on the first floor, and it is very private and incredibly quiet suite! The room faces the front of the B&B with a view of the lawn, a pretty fountain and the mountains.
