'I stayed for one week, and the staff’s service was excellent. They were always friendly and willing to help with any questions or requests. I would like to mention everyone, but unfortunately I don’t remember all their names. Every employee provides outstanding service, and that truly makes a difference! Juan from the reception team was one of them. The hotel’s location and cleanliness were also very good.'

'Coming from the airport, we needed a convenient place to stay. The Ibis is right next to the bus station, so that worked our fine. However their promise for quick service didn't really work out, spent more than half an hour waiting to check in...
Rooms are standard Ibis rooms. Safety is good. In all, it's an Ibis, you get just that, with slower service.'

'The location was a disaster we were advised not to go out of the hotel after 7pm and it fell like a prison there is a gym in the building or attached to it and the noise and vibration was really annoying the breakfast was not of the quality and it wasn't fresh the fruit in the basket were rotting I wouldn't recommend the hotel'
