'Tony greeted me at check in, and he was fast, funny and friendly. Helped me get valet parking taken care of. This is a big hotel with a beautiful lobby..the kind you might want to hang out in and pick up a book and read...or just sit and people watch. My room was a generous size. Two very comfortable Queen beds, a lounge chair, tv, dresser, cabinet with fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom is modern, very large, and very clean. I would love to come back and stay a little longer!. '

'There are better options in Boston. There was no fridge in the room, there is a coffee machine in the room but only tea available, the coffee place downstairs was always very crowded and has limited breakfast options (good pastries though). Staff was ok but didn’t bother asking how the stay was, and on the last day there were 3 hotel doormen at the front entrance but still a person managed to get in and bother us in the lobby. Positives: good bed, shower, quiet rooms'

'I would be hard pressed to come up with anything not great about this hotel. Absolutely great ambiance, great staff, and high standards. All of Boston's sights are within minutes walking, so I did not even needed to use the complimentary (!) Lexus Limousine service that would have dropped me off anywhere in Boston. I can recommend this Hotel to everyone that seeks a place to unwind after an intense day of business meetings.'
