'Bathrooms were clean and stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There were hooks to hang the wet towels and plenty of space to place all my bags without having to put them on the floor. Felt safe with the gated parking and front doors lock after hours with key access only. Nothing was broken in the room and the beds were extremely comfortable with firm and soft pillow options. Breakfast was good with a lot of options and the flavor of the coffee hit the spot. I will be staying here...

'I was pretty disappointed in the cleanliness of the room and lack of staff. Breakfast was limited and very little. When i needed fresh towels or assistance from the front desk I would have to go down and get the items and still had to wait for a staff member to show up. It was definitely a convenient location for what we were there for. Would suggest updating the furniture and having an outside cleaning crew to do a thorough cleaning.

'The hotel was minutes away from the airport, which was very convenient for us. Many restaurants and stores nearby. The property was clean, and the staff were all nice. Plenty of free parking space. We will definitely be staying here again whenever we come back to San Antonio.'

'I have to say, the night shift receptionist was the nicest, kindest person ever. In all the hotels we’ve ever stayed at, she treated us the best. She was very professional and made sure we were attended right away and was so sweet. I would stay here again just because of she treated my family and I. I didn’t get her name but she has short hair.'
