'i had checked in late at night the attendant Kay was very rude the room had bed stains and the heater did not work . the tv also did not work. we were offered to change rooms we changed rooms me and my children were very uncomfortable and itchy my child started to break out i went back down stairs for a refund for my next days and kay rolled her eyes gave me attitude i felt very offended especially since i was the only african american in the office her boyfriend was there and she was even rude...

' Room was clean and had a nice view of the marina, the staff was friendly. There was one guy at the front desk- whose name I forgot- but he was THE BEST! He was super helpful and suggested things to do and places to eat. We normally stay in Air BnBs but we are coming back to this hotel simply because he made out stay exemplary. '

'Het hotel is netjes en de kamers zijn schoon met comfortabele bedden. Het was druk toen we er waren, dus ook druk bij het ontbijt maar dit was wel goed geregeld. De parkeerplekken waren allemaal in gebruik en als het hotel vol is dan vraag ik me af of er wel voldoende parkeerplekken aanwezig zijn.
Het hotel is prima maar ze mogen wel nadenken waar ze de leerlingen van scholen plaatsen. Wij hebben hierdoor overlast ervaren. Achter elkaar geren op de gang, muziek, geschreeuw en de hele tijd als...

'The room we reserved wasn't available at the designated check-in time, and it seemed the room we received instead wasn't as nice as the premium paid for a Gulf view; also, amenities associated with the mandatory resort fee (smores kit) weren't available, and beach chairs/umbrella were packed up by staff earlier than the time indicated, so we received no value for it. The property itself is nice, relatively new, and close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants.'
