Great looking property online but once you get there it was terrible. We walked in there was a very unique smell in the house, couldn’t figure out what it was, sure it was animals or something that the owner has, but not sure. There were half empty water bottles on the counter, food in the fridge, some rotting, there was two cups of tea still in the microwave, and it didn’t stop there! I contacted the owner about these issues, not much a response other than to say sorry. I also followed VRBOs suggestions of attempting to work with the host, which was the wrong move since now VRBO says I waited too long to contact them. The longer we stayed the more issues with cleanliness and house issues we found. Bath tubs not draining, hair all over the floors in the bathrooms, which also smelled like urine, not just one but ALL of THEM!! I could continue with issues for this listing, but will run out of characters! Supposedly was going to receive a “partial” refund from host, still have yet to review anything, or any communications from VRBO either. Just a warning DO NOT RENT this house. If you do, do so at your own risk! I do not plan on using VRBO again with this house being allowed to be listed, and with the lack of assistance they provided.
