'This is a very cute house. Very clean. It is extremely remote though. Everything is 45 minutes away. Definitely keep that in mind if you are planning to stay here. The host must be someone who manages several properties because the instructions to leave didn’t match the house and they also did not respond when we asked about storing our dirtbike. Overall a good stay though!'

'The hotel was functional. The staff were never at the front desk though, you had to call them to get someone to help. The breakfast was also very empty. I came down at 7am (breakfast was 6-9) on Saturday morning and I was the only person down there. However, the only options were 6 sausage patties, 3 biscuits, or half a pan of runny eggs. There was a machine for waffles as well. That would be my only major place of improvement would be the breakfast and the staff could have been more attentive....

The bathroom was clean, but the toilet seat was really beat up. I covered it in toilet paper just to be able to sit on it. The pool was clean and the kids had a good time playing in it. '

'This is one of the nicest hotels in Topeka...Staff totally professional..it is clean! Has a bar and restaurant that serves from the bar area..Many arras that are open to watch TV or just play cards...the room we had on 1st floor had exceptionally high ceilings, really nice! The area is very accessible to event happenings. '
