'The lobby, buffet, some of the restaurants have no ac. It is very inconvenient for the guests. Also, if you ask the restaurant to accommodate some of the food options for vegetarian meals they always say no! The drinks are water down including alcoholic beverage.'

'Lo bueno: Playa increíble, pero pocos camastros. Atención bastante buena y muy amable de todo el personal. Mi madre requería silla de ruedas para moverse y ese servicio estuvo buenísimo. Instalaciones súper bien. Lo no tan bueno: algunas de las comidas. Ahí siempre fallan muchos ‘all inclusive’ y en las bebidas porque te dan cerveza rebajada (se pasan). Con Club Preferred tuvimos acceso a mejores destilados, y eso ayudó.'
