Awful expetience.
No water in the bathroom! Last week different room and door not opened on number of ocassions and finally locked out, while hotel overbooked! Glad that night manager had some better idea, because your general manager Rahu or something, I would not employ him to manage a camp field nevermind hotel!!! Awful experience! Lift its like lottery sometimes work sometime doesn't! Carpark full despite payed for full week!

Really lovely hotel, very elegant. Comfortable and clean room. Close to shopping centre and close to the deep aquarium. Would recommend.

Been here before and always enjoyed sky bar. This occasion was told we couldn’t come in. No sign saying private or anything to close that to hotel guests really was annoying and rude. Always go for a drink there when stay if going to close areas and turn paying guests away should inform so I can book somewhere else

EXCELLENT HOTEL LET DOWN BY A POOR BREAKFAST
Great hotel in good location. Ate at the Marco Pierre White Restaurant, which was excellent. The only let down was the breakfast which was very disappointing. The bacon had off colour dark patches( I believe caused by formation of metmyoglobin, a pigment that turns meat brownish-red due to long exposure to light). The herby sausage was excellent but when I started eating the second it had an unpleasant flavour, so I left it. The fried eggs were way over cooked and were hard like boiled eggs.

Lovely rooms, breakfast very nice. Parking was expensive and hard to find but that’s the only downside. Easy walking to shopping centre and theatre

Great property with lovely rooms, cannot fault this hotel, we have stayed here many times. Great location if you are visiting hull truck theatre as it is almost next door. Will definitely stay again.

Only stayed for 1 night but fantastic hotel and staff. Swift check in by lovely lady and the warm cookies hit the spot. Room was lovely , very clean and modern with excellent facilities. Had our evening meal in Marco Pierre White restaurant. Bar staff and restaurant staff amazing. Main course outstanding however let down by the dessert menu. I had the crumble which was quite dry with minimal amount of ice cream. Husband had the cheeseboard. Very disappointing. 1 small piece of cheese with 5 crackers. ! Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel staying in the area.
