'An extra charge was added to my credit card with no knowledge about the charge until I called the front desk at the hotel to inquire. I was told that an alarm clock was missing from my room as if I needed it. Without a phone call, I was charged. Unacceptable behavior from management at the hotel. That was sneaky behavior!
