'I can best describe the unit as comfortable loft apartment. It's basically a mother-in-law suite above a free-standing garage about 50 feet or so from the main house. The owners could not possibly be nicer or more accommodating. They are responsive when you have questions, and proactively offer to help with whatever you need, but they otherwise respect your space. 'Kitchen setup was fine. We did not cook but we had what we needed. A small table or shelf in the bathroom would be a great addition, if there is room of course. Mattress was a little off balance (soft) on the right side but comfortable, nonetheless. We had plenty of room for our dog and her crate (house). The room was really clean and perfect for our needs. 'The unit was perfect! Exactly as described, and in an incredible spot, from the beach and all the restaurants/shops. Check in was seamless, the host responded immediately to all messages, throughout the whole process. I had gotten mixed up and didn’t realize there wasn’t a dryer in the unit but within 5 minutes she had responded to let me know there was a coin laundromat within 5 min drive. 'Ted was very responsive to any inquiries. A notebook is in place and provides information about the place, heating, air, etc. The location is excellent. The place is clean. We appreciated we could have our dog with us. Enjoyed our stay. '

'The kitchen was fully stocked; unfortunately, we were only there for really a full 24 hours, so we didn't use it. We did use the washer/dryer. Only thing I can suggest to other patrons, please adhere to the noise policy of 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. We had new patrons in the apartment above us the day after we arrived and it was so noisy that we couldn't sleep.
