'The first room I was given was full of roaches and really disgusting with peeling paint and blood on the ceiling. The second room was a little bit better but still had paint peeling and was not the cleanest. I will never stay here again, nor will any of my family and friends.'

Instead, I walked into a room that appeared neglected and poorly maintained. The walls were covered in scuffs, stains, paint marks, visible patches, and cracks.
