'This property was the ice cream to our trip- the property was beautifully built, maintained and allows for the best possible mountain view from the base. The service was beyond attentive and the room was like out of a magazine. If you’ve got the money- splurge and do it! Watching the first snow fall from the panoramic windows was one of the highlights of our trip! '

'Stayed here for a week for a late March ski holiday . The hotel is very comfortable and spacious. staff is very friendly and helpful . The small downside is the service and food options were limited maybe due to towards the end of season . But overall enjoy the staying a lot .'

'Nice and kind staff. Easy going. Clean. Nice breakfast. I am vegetarian and I was a bit limited but made do. A lot of fish/meat dishes. Skiing: easy free shuttles from the hotel and back. They have cheaper lift tickets for sale at the hotel. Had a nice home cooked meal nearby. The only issue is most of the laundry machines were out of service and the one available took 4 hours and the clothes were still damp. So I would only hope that they fix the laundry. '

'何度も長野の旅を経験してますが、白馬には初めて宿泊しました。 お部屋は広くて機能的で、概ね快適に過ごせました。冷蔵庫にはコーラと氷結のサービスもあり嬉しかったです。 洗面台が高いと口コミにありましたが、本当に高くて（私も子供も身長150センチ程）多少つま先立ちで使用しました。 お子さんが一緒だと抱え上げるのも大変そうなので、ステップがあるといいと思います。 洗面台前の可動式の全面鏡が、好きな場所を隠せたりする（入口や洗面）のは便利でした。 エレベーター近くにウォーターサーバー、洗濯機、アイスディスペンサーと自販機あり。 温泉エリアのドアは暗証番号の入力が必要で、セキュリティがしっかりしていると思いました。 一つだけ、温泉の利用時間がスタッフの居る10時までだったので、夕食後に慌ただしく入らなければいけなかったのが残念でした。 部屋はシャワーだけなので、12時頃までは利用できた方が折角の良いお風呂が楽しめると思いました。 と色々書きましたが、また白馬に泊まる時はリピートしたいホテルでした。'

'I had a traditional Japanese room. It was super comfortable - and the view from my window of Happo One was beautiful! It was convenient walk to restaurants and bars. The Happo One gondola was a bit of a hike - but definitely within easy walking distance is the Hakuba Happo bus station. Easy to get to other mountains via the shuttle.'

'Great cozy little inn. Stayed here for a week and would stay here again. Beds were comfy, bathroom was big enough. Very close to the bus terminal, Happo One resort and a few restaurants and bars. The onsen was very handy after long days on the slopes too. Make sure you have google translate if you need to ask the staff anything.'

'Lovely trip to Hakuba with the family staying at the footstep of the Iwatake slopes. The snow was on and my family and I had a great time. The cottage is lovely, something you would imagine staying at in the snow or by a lake. Has everything you need in it, from the kitchen to the bathroom.
