Strandhotels in Inland Empire

'There was an issue with check in that was likely a combination of issues between the hotel and Expedia that clearly had frustrated the hotel employees and guests as generally tensions were elevated during check in and it was not the most pleasant experience but it was able to be resolved. The AC was not working in the entire hotel and it was a hot weekend though it cooled down pretty well at night and was quiet enough to keep the windows open. The hotel location is great! Very walkable to things...
