'Loved the location and the place, but since it appears to be a finished basement, you can hear a lot of noise when someone or their dog is on the first floor in a certain area. You can hear every footfall and the dogs nails as she runs around. Seemed to me that the dog was getting ready to be taken for a walk, so may be only one particular area of the upstairs.
