'The place was perfect and Travis was incredibly helpful. The game we were traveling up to see got delayed, and Travis was very accommodating with allowing us to slightly modify our reservation so we could still make everything work. The place was perfect and everything was very clean and accommodating for all of our stay.'

'We enjoy our stay, as we travel with dog sometimes it is hard to find place to stay. This place was perfect for us! Manager was very helpful and kind, due to some unexpected circumstances we had to move our trip for one day, Robert helped me to move it without any issues, really thankful for that!!!!'

'We decided to forgo the crowds at the local hotels to stay here. It's only 10 minutes from UB North and it couldn't have been more convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment has everything you need to stay, we didn't have to bring anything extra. If I had to do it again, I'd stay here.'

'Clean, spacious and exactly what we needed for a Thanksgiving holiday with family. I especially appreciated the minimal cleanup required upon checkout. 'Great location if you want want living space. Older house with original hard wood floors and ceramic tile. Owner kinda uptight about wearing shoes inside when flooring is hard and carpet is tattered and is in need of replacement in bedrooms. No blinds in front bedroom so I had to hang a blanket over curtain rods to keep light out. Pillows hard. No bedside table lamp. Overall we made it work. Used washer and dryer and had to negotiate with owner for use of that.'
