'The house itself is beautiful and matched the pictures shown on Hotels.com, but it definitely needs more attention to cleanliness. Pictures are enhanced to looking bright. The size is impressive 6 bedrooms with 2 kings and 4 queens which worked well for my family (2 small child and 2 young adults, each able to have their own bed). The bathrooms were clean, but the rest of the house could really use a deep cleaning, and the kitchen needs a new set of dishes to replace the broken ones. Luckily, I...

'Inside thw property it was good contidion, clean and organized, but that strong smell cigarette smoking it is not appropriate specially when you are with little kids. The surronding area and outside home look kind of abandoned and dirty and the first impression is hard to explain. '

'The property was perfect for what we needed to accommodate our large party. The staff was VERY helpful. Not only were they responsive, but we were quite pleased when they purchased a brand new iron and ironing board as we had communicated the previous one was damaged and stained. I would definitely stay at this property again. '

'When we arrived we found that the property was not cleaned properly. There was a plastic cup on the porch, dirty kitchen floor, empty water bottle in the bedroom, and dirty beds. Lights didn’t work in one of the bedrooms and we couldn’t find the thermostat as it was too hot during our stay. 'Great communication with the host. It was clean. 15 min walk to the Niagara falls. 7/11 close. Recommending. We stayed one night and had no any problems. Big bedrooms (they were cozy). '

'Booked for six people I'm glad one bailed out because it has only one bathroom only one TV and it says sleep 8 dont think so maybe sleep four comfortably and the property beside mine I believe their bedroom is over top of our bedroom on the front end and all I heard was kids running up and down up and down up and down restless night sleep I think that's something you should tell people'
