'My 26yr old son and I visited the falls for a father's day weekend. We had a great visit. The apartment was sufficient. The couch was not so comfortable but we spent very little time in the residence. We were able to walk to all the local attractions even to the Canada side. We did get a lot of steps daily but it was doable. It is very close to the Senca Casino where we ate a delicious breakfast buffet every morning. 'We stayed the first week of July 2025 to visit family with my 3 year old son, husband and mom. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone, and would not hesitate to stay again. Our host John, was incredible. He was very responsive. We had a few impromptu minor hiccups, and he immediately resolved any issues. 'We were a little shocked how rundown the street is, with boarded up and condemned houses around us. Didn't really feel that safe walking around at night. The house itself was alright for us. Spacious with a large TV and comfy couch for four. The beds were quite firm, but clean. The shower barely has power. All in all OK for a day or two, to see the falls.'

'The inside was very nice and roomy and very clean, but property was listed as having a parking space and a king-size bed Was disappointed that a king-sized bed was not in the main bedroom. There were two queens, no king. The area was a bit scary, not the best location, but the privacy fence in back helped. Only parking was on street.'
