'Cleanliness, staff, and amenities were superb. Breakfast was average. Second day, the scrambled egg was better than the first day. Sausage could be improved with gravy. I wish there was pancake, although there was waffle but the waffle was not good as others commented. Overall, particularly --cleanliness and availability of toiletries were excellent.'

'Check-in was not good. Their seemed to be a question about my reservation . For some reason we would have to contact Expedia to make any changes in the itinerary as the 2nd floor had no elevator. Requested housekeeping 2 times to no avail. Not even a bar o soap for hand washing. No tissues in the room. Had to get out own towels from front lobby. NO CUSTOMER SERVICES OR AMENITIES OF ANY KIND.'

'The room had a sofa and desk seating area when you walked in the room. The bathroom was next and then the bedroom. The bedroom had the a/c unit. In order to cool off the sofa area the a/c had to be set below 70. Then you got a freezing bedroom and a much warmer sofa area. The sofa was very hard. We looked at the pullout mattress, but it was lumpy and you could feel the springs. The actual bed was fine and the walk-in shower was great.'
