'It was a reasonable stay. But slightly confusing.
There is two properties for this address. Google maps brought us to the wrong one. They did not respond on Expedia within 2 hours. We resorted to WhatsApp that they replied in about 15 minutes. Being at the second property the door code worked but the lock box did not we waited for an hour before using whatsapp.
The room is quite small and there is tables and chairs that just take up space. Barely enough room for 2 backpacks and a carry on...

'We stayed for 4 nights at Rio Grande, the location was excellent for both accessing the metro and for walking into Shinjuku (45 minutes). On arrival we had a long delay at the airport and were much later arriving than expected (after 12 at night), the staff were supportive and we were able to access the property easily. I would highly recommend this apartment for its location, for the facilities available and for easy contact with the staff. Thank you'

'The room was clean and tidy. Quick responses from the team. Only issue was that we weren’t provided with any water for the first day and the sponge was also used. Other than that we had an enjoyable stay and were close to metros and convenience stores.'

'Exactly as advertised! Great setup and grateful that the unit had a washer/dryer to be able to get some laundry done. The only con is that you have to give your key to the front desk when you’re leaving the property but I had no issues picking it back up. Would recommend!'

'The apartment was very clean, safe and quiet. I appreciated how close it was to Setagaya station. The fan in the bathroom had a loud noise initially but I contacted the property management and they fixed a problem quickly. Communication with property management was easy and the instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear.
The only downside for me was the mattress. I stayed for 2 weeks so I wish it was firmer and more comfortable.
It was overall a lovely stay and I'd enjoy staying...

'방이 좁았는데 잠만 잘거라 나쁘지 않았어요. 주변이 민가라 조용히 해야하는데 그만큼 주변도 조용해서 쉬기 좋았고, 일본 민가 체험하기도 좋았어요. 요리도구랑 준비되어있고 전체적으로 좋았다는 느낌입니다.'

'Very clean home and friendly host. As a tall person I felt very squished however Japan is known for maximizing space! Perfect place for solo travellers only I would say. The place comes with a bunk bed but I believe it is only really made for one person. Very close to Lawson, Familymart, and 7/11. About a 25 minute walk to Shinjuku station. Less than a 5 walk to the nearest bus stop. Overall I would rate this home a 5/5!'

'A spacious room/appartment for Japanese standards with everything you could need. There is a supermarket 1 minute away and the train station is 2 minutes away. It makes travelling so easy. I got the information about how to enter the facility and room 24 hours behorehand. Tip: follow the map given by the accomodation. We followed google maps and it took us to another location 10 minutes away. Everything was amazing. We got towels and everything was clean. Definitely recommend. The only thing I...

'Almost like a cabin/mobile home accommodation. It was very clean and modern. We had no issues checking in. Although it is a short walk to the nearest station and only 2 stops to shinjuku it felt far out of the city, and it was in a very residential area. Additionally, the walls are like paper and you could hear other guests in the early hours of the morning. For the same price there is better accommodation located closer to the city. It was nice but personally wouldn’t recommend over other...
