'This apartment is round the side of the house and a bit enclosed. After the first day and a very short explanation, we never saw the owners/managers. Sparsely furnished it really needs an upgrade. No information provided about Ischia in the apartment. Nevertheless well positioned and we had an enjoyable stay. Watch out for deadly mosquitoes.'

'Not as touristy as the neighbouring islands, but well worthwhile for 3 days, even longer if you just want peace and quiet and enjoy the local life. Picturesque harbour,marina with excellent bars and restaurants. There are local buses, but the island is small, so walking is no problem if you are fit, and able to dodge the cars,scooters and bicycles, even electric ones . 'Location in Ischia Ponte was perfect. Would stay here again. Plenty quiet with very cold air conditioning, beautiful private roof and balcony access, large comfortable king size bed, free WiFi, washer for our laundry, and also so close to all the restaurants and activities of Ischia Ponte. 'The property is in a great location on the harbour. However, being the harbour, it's got lots of ferries, car ferries, and boats, which make it very interesting, but when the large ferries are berthed overnight, they leave their generators running, which can be noisy. The property is on the second floor of an older building, and as such has great views, and is in a great location for the ferries. However, the entrance way and the stairs to access the property, which are communal, are not kept...
