'The property and staff were amazing! This was our first time at an all inclusive. We opted for the excellence club level, but I don’t think it was necessary for our short stay (3 nights), all of the different options for dining were wonderful. We ended up spending most of our time at the main pool and our server Betsy was INCREDIBLE! We love her and she was so attentive. We can’t wait to return!'

'This was my second stay at Atelier Playa Mujeres, and both this trip and the one in 2023 were fantastic. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, the staff attentive and friendly, and the amenities were top notch. The restaurants I ate at were all delicious, a dish here or there was just ok, but by and large the food was very good. Highly recommend this place, I will definitely be back again.'

'Everything was good, but food could or should have been better considering the pricing. Whilst raining water leaked into the room which was fixed after flagging it multiple times during our stay. This is an exceptional circumstance so would give them the benefit of the doubt on this one. Pool was amazing. Laundry service as well.'

From the heated toilets with built in bidets to the amazing stone jacuzzis, from the fantastic hammocks to the pool lounge chairs and umbrellas, absolutely no expense was spared here. 'The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. They charge like 3 times the normal price. Ordinary cabs aren't allowed to pick up people from/nearby hotel. If you try to catch...
